Where Science Meets Creativity, and Coaching Meets You

I believe every individual’s journey is unique, and their path to growth and success should reflect that. My coaching philosophy is integrative, blending evidence-based approaches with creative tools, all tailored to your personal learning style.

I take a holistic approach, recognising that growth spans both professional and personal dimensions. I create a reflective space where you can pause, gain fresh perspectives, shift mindsets, and uncover new possibilities. Our work will go beyond surface-level habits, delving into the deeper thoughts, beliefs, and emotions that shape who you are and how you navigate the world.

To support your journey, I blend elements from Positive Psychology, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Transactional Analysis, and Appreciative Inquiry. I also incorporate creative practices such as mind mapping, visualisation, sketching, dreaming, and metaphor. This ensures our work is grounded in proven methods while remaining dynamic and adaptable.

My goal is to provide a coaching experience that is both practical in real-world application and transformative.

 FAQs

  • Coaching is a powerful tool for growth and works best when you’re open and ready for change. If you’re curious, committed, and want to unlock your potential, coaching can support you. It’s a good fit if you:

    • Want to grow and reach your potential

    • Have big goals and want structured support to achieve them

    • Feel stuck and seek clarity

    • Want to navigate transitions with confidence

    • Are ready to overcome self-doubt

    • Wish to explore your strengths and values

    • Know you can do more but prefer not to do it alone

  • Absolutely! Many of my clients start their coaching journey unsure of their exact goals. Through reflective conversations and thought-provoking exercises, we’ll explore your values and priorities, helping you gain clarity and create a path that feels right.

  • Each session centres on what matters most to you. We create a safe, supportive space for honest conversations, breakthrough moments, and even a bit of laughter! Depending on your needs, we may:

    • Explore your challenges, thoughts and emotions related to leadership and neurodiversity

    • Reframe unhelpful beliefs and patterns

    • Visualise possibilities and future paths

    • Work through practical problem-solving and decision-making

    • Define clear, actionable steps with accountability

Coaching isn’t one-size-fits-all. If something doesn’t feel right, we adapt to ensure the process suits you and your goals.

  • The first session is 90 minutes, allowing us to dive deep into your goals and create a solid foundation. Ongoing sessions are 60 minutes, giving focused time to work through challenges, track progress, and refine strategies.

  • Beyond the sessions, you may spend time reflecting, practising new strategies, or completing exercises. The more you engage with the process, the more impactful your results will be. Most clients commit a few hours a month, depending on their goals.

  • I work with leaders at various stages of their careers, from emerging leaders to senior executives. Many clients are navigating complex challenges in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Whilst my core focus is supporting professional women, I also coach men, particularly in my organisational partnerships.

  • I primarily work with clients with ADHD and/or dyslexia, but also have experience supporting those who are autistic or dyspraxic. I also coach clients managing stress and high-functioning anxiety.

  • My coaching fees vary depending on the package and format you choose. During our discovery call, I’ll share detailed pricing and help identify the best option to suit your needs and goals. I’m committed to transparency and ensuring coaching is a valuable investment in your growth.

  • Yes. Before we begin, I provide a coaching agreement outlining fees, payment terms, cancellations, confidentiality, and professional boundaries to ensure clarity and transparency.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled session are subject to the full fee. This policy ensures fairness, as late cancellations leave limited time to offer the slot to another client.

  • I offer coaching primarily online, providing flexibility and accessibility around your busy life. Research shows online coaching is as effective as face-to-face for most people, making it a practical and impactful option.

  • All you need is a stable internet connection, a device with video and audio capabilities, and a quiet, private space where you feel comfortable to talk openly.

“Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.”
