Hi, I’m Claire…
…a coach, facilitator, and trainer, mum to two brilliant humans, (and one mischievous goldendoodle). I recharge in nature and am endlessly curious about human behaviour.
With over 20 years of leadership and management experience across large, complex organisations, I’ve worn many hats. From leading diverse teams through change, to driving strategic transformations in people and culture, I’ve gained a deep understanding of the messy yet rewarding process of growth and change. Along the way, I’ve honed my skills in understanding customer behaviour and the art of making things happen.
As a late diagnosed dyslexic I understand the power of embracing unique perspectives and the challenges of navigating systems that aren’t always built for you.
Whether you’re facing leadership challenges, navigating neurodivergence, juggling multiple demands (or some combination of it!), I'm here to help you move through complexity with clarity and confidence, so you can thrive authentically without compromising success or wellbeing.

My Journey
Growing up in Northern England as an undiagnosed dyslexic and the first in my family to go to university, I learned the power of determination and resilience early. I built a fast-paced career in London in the global consumer insights industry. Rising quickly to become one of the youngest Directors, I led teams, managed multi-million pound budgets, and drove large-scale transformations.
After becoming a mum, I realised my true passion wasn’t helping global brands sell more biscuits, beer, or toothpaste - it was supporting people’s growth. I was drawn to the human side of work, coaching my teams through change, helping them grow in confidence, and seeing the impact of the right support at the right time.
When my neurodivergent son was struggling at school, I stepped away from my career. Advocating for his needs led to relocating my family 300 miles to secure him the right support. This experience forced me to rethink everything and also led to my own dyslexia diagnosis, which finally helped me make sense of how I had worked, learned, and led throughout my career.
These experiences - leading in complex environments, pivoting careers, advocating for change, navigating uncertainty, embracing neurodivergence - shape how I coach. I know the messy middle of change; the ambition, the challenges, the questions. That’s why I founded my business - to help professional women move through complexity with clarity and confidence, so you can thrive authentically without compromising success or wellbeing.
These are the principles that shape everything we do. They’re not just words. They are the ways we show up, hold space, and support meaningful change.
